* Qualifications : The candidate must hold, as on 1st July, 2011, Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government. In the case of a candidate belonging to SC or ST, as on 1st July, 2011, he/she must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination recognised by the State Government and should have studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examinations in both the 1st Year and 2nd Year.

* Age Limit : 18-30 year.
Application Fee : A prescribed fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees fifty only) in cash should be remitted at the time of submission of each application form. Demand Drafts, Cheques, Indian Postal Order etc. will not be accepted. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying this fee.
HOW TO APPLY : Eligible candidates should submit the duly filled in application form along with the copies of the necessary certificates on any working day from 14-11-2011 to 28-12-2011 in between. Applications submitted after 1400 hrs on 28-12-2011 will not be accepted. Incomplete applications or applications without prescribed enclosures also will not be entertained.
